Wind and wave:
ERA5 is state-of-the-art and free download @ https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/#!/home , however coarse spatial resolution
NORA10/NORA10EI @ https://thredds.met.no/thredds/projects.html has higher resolution but is older.

Bathymetry:
One source is @ GEBCO Gridded Bathymetry Data

Offshore installations:

One possibility is to use the counties of Norway @ Administrative units counties - Kartkatalogen (geonorge.no)
