Description: Body elongate, compressed behind anus. Head long, with a dorsal profile strongly depressed above the eyes. Strong acute teeth. Background colour dark olive green, like a network with large meshes enclosing groups of small light patches. White edge on anal fin.
Global Distribution: Eastern and Western Central Atlantic; mostly insular.
